Constitutional Reform Act establishes conditions considered in the
selection of 201 members of the Constituent Assembly of the
Constitution. These conditions include at least one-third members come
from Zanzibar and two thirds from the mainland . For this reason , the
201 members , 67 members are from Zanzibar with 134 delegates will come
from the mainland . In addition , the proportion of women members and
men should be half and half . Despite this, these members represent a
chapter of the citizens of Tanzania for the support of political parties
, religions , ages, and places they came from . In these circumstances ,
the process of getting 201 members was not easy at all. Response
categories was much greater than the space available .
