Position Description:
Our client Tanzania National Business Council
(TNBC) was-established in 2001 vide Presidential Circular No.1 of 2001 as an
institution providing a forum for public and private sector dialogue with a view of
reaching consensus and mutual understanding on strategic issues relating to the
efficient management of resources in the promotion of socio- economic
development of Tanzania.
TNBC is looking for experienced, self driven, dynamic and result oriented
individuals who are keen to develop a career in a dynamic, passionate and
challenging environment. The successful candidates will be part of the TNBC team.
Reports to Head Finance and Administration and the
job entails providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and
contributing to the long-run development of HR function specifically during an
initial phase of recruitment growth and development. HR administrator supports
the Head of Finance and Administration and Head of Business Environment in
providing a comprehensive HR service to staff within the council.
Entry Standards:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Public
Administration. An accredited Certification from 'recognized institute is an
added advantage.
Should have at least 2 - 3 years of working
experience as HR practitioner in a recognized organization.
